Shipping methods

We ship orders throughout Greece. The shipping cost is shown in the basket and at checkout before you complete your order, and includes VAT.

Free shipping for orders of 150 € or more.

At checkout you will see the shipping methods available for your address at that time.

When your order is dispatched

Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 are normally dispatched the same day. All others are dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed on Friday after 13:00, on Saturday, on Sunday or on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.
Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched as soon as the amount has been credited to our account.
For products marked “Available to order”, the time stated on the product page applies.

Delivery time depends on your area. Islands and remote areas may need more days. If there is a delay, see the Order delay page.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track it on the website of Geniki Taxydromiki or BOX NOW, as well as on our shop's Order tracking page.

BOX NOW: how it works

At checkout, select “BOX NOW locker” and choose the locker that suits you on the map.
Enter your mobile phone number correctly, as this is where you will receive the collection code.
When the parcel arrives at the locker, BOX NOW sends you a message (SMS, Viber or email) with the code and the time you have to collect it.
Open the locker compartment with the code and collect your parcel at whatever time suits you.

Delivery time: usually 1–2 working days from dispatch. For BOX NOW, Saturday also counts as a working day. Islands may need more days.
Time in the locker: the parcel stays in the locker for at least 48 hours. BOX NOW sends you a reminder before the time runs out, and you can request a 24-hour extension on its website.
If you do not collect it: the parcel is moved to a BOX NOW facility, where you can collect it within 5 days. After that it is returned to us.
Limits: parcels up to 62 × 45 × 36 cm and 20 kg, for orders worth up to 400 €. For larger orders, BOX NOW does not appear at checkout.
Payment: by card or bank transfer when ordering, or cash on delivery. With cash on delivery you pay at the locker by card before the compartment opens, and there is a charge of 1,50 €. Cash is not accepted at the locker.
Product returns: you can return a product by dropping it off at a BOX NOW locker, at a cost of 2,50 €, which is deducted from the amount we refund you. See the Product returns page.

On receipt

Check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, point this out to the carrier and let us know at info@robobee.gr, with photos if possible. All shipments are carefully packed and have a tracking number.

If you collected from a BOX NOW locker and the parcel is damaged, write to us within 1 working day of collection. This is the deadline BOX NOW gives for reporting damage.

If you do not receive your order

If the carrier cannot reach you, or the parcel is not collected from the locker or from the carrier's branch within the holding period, the order is returned to us. For it to be sent again, the cost of the new shipment must first be paid, together with the value of the order if it was cash on delivery, by transfer to our bank account. If you do not request a new shipment, the order is cancelled. If you had paid in advance, we refund the amount after deducting the shipping costs incurred.
