Pricing errors

We check product prices, descriptions and specifications carefully. With a large number of products and frequent updates, however, a typographical or technical error cannot be ruled out.

If the price is wrong

If a product is shown at a price that is obviously wrong, for example far below its usual value because of an error in the listing, and you have already placed an order:

• we will let you know before the order is dispatched, stating the correct price,
• you choose whether to go ahead at the correct price or to cancel the product or the whole order,
• if you cancel, we will refund the full amount you have paid straight away.

We will never charge you more than the amount you saw at checkout without your agreement.

If the description is wrong

If you have received a product that does not match the description or specifications shown on its page, the terms set out on the Product returns page for products that do not match your order apply.
