Secure transactions

We want you to shop at robobee.gr with confidence. Below you can see how your details and payments are protected.

Encrypted connection

All pages of the shop use an encrypted connection (HTTPS, TLS protocol), with a digital certificate from a recognised certification authority. Everything you type is encrypted before it leaves your device. The padlock in your browser's address bar confirms that the connection is secure and that you really are on robobee.gr.

Card payments

Card payments take place on the platform of Viva, a licensed payment institution that applies the PCI DSS security standard. You enter your card details directly there. Our shop does not see or store them. Every transaction is confirmed by your bank with strong authentication (3D Secure), usually through your bank's app or with a one-time code.

Your account

Your password is stored only in encrypted form, and none of us can see it. For your own protection:

• use a password that you do not use for any other service, with letters, numbers and symbols,
• do not share it with anyone. We will never ask you for your password or card details by email or by phone,
• log out when you use a shared computer.

Legal framework
