Payment methods

You choose your payment method at checkout. The methods available depend on the shipping method you have chosen.

1. Card

You pay by debit, credit or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard and any others supported by the provider). Payment is made in the secure environment of Viva, with confirmation from your bank (3D Secure). The shop does not see or store your card details. Your card is charged when the order is completed.

2. Cash on delivery

You pay when you receive the parcel. Cash on delivery has a charge of 1,50 €, which is shown at checkout before you complete the order. With “Delivery within Patras” there is no cash on delivery charge. For delivery to your address (Geniki Taxydromiki or Delivery within Patras) you pay in cash. At a BOX NOW locker you can pay only by card, before the locker door opens.

3. Bank transfer

You pay the order amount into the account below, using your order number as the payment reference:

• The order is dispatched as soon as the amount has been credited to our account. For payments from another bank this may take 1–2 working days.
• Any bank charges for the transfer are paid by the sender.
• If payment is not made within 14 days of the order, the order is cancelled.

4. Payment at our premises

If you choose collection from our premises (2 Ippolytou, Patras, by appointment), you pay in cash when you collect your order.

Receipts and invoices

The legally required tax document is issued for every order. If you need an invoice and the option does not appear at checkout, email us before ordering at info@robobee.gr.
